Cost: $70/per person ($350 per team)– sign-ups and payment due no later than September 6th.   - CASH or CHECK ONLY

About the tournament:

• 5 player scramble-type tournament, limited to 12 teams of 5 players
• 12 holes
• 8 inch holes
• Scoring is based on Stableford golf scoring system
